How do I make a booking?
You can make a booking by contacting us via our contact form, sending an email to info@makhens.com, or by calling/WhatsApp at +45 42 32 11 59. Our concierge team is available to assist you 7 days a week.
For last-minute limousine or concierge service needs in or outside of Copenhagen, we recommend reaching out via WhatsApp for the fastest response.
How can I pay?
At Makhens, we accept payments through Stripe, which supports bank transfers, PayPal, and major credit cards such as Mastercard and Visa.
Cash payments are accepted up to DKK 14,999 per transaction, in compliance with Danish financial regulations effective March 1, 2024.
Can I adapt the booking as I desire?
Yes, our chauffeur and concierge services in Copenhagen are fully customizable. You can request multiple stops, specify guest details, and adjust timings anytime before your service.
Our concierge team can also add personal touches such as welcome signage, preferred refreshments, or tailored itinerary support.
Do you offer services outside Copenhagen?
Yes. While we are based in Copenhagen, our limousine and concierge services cover all of Denmark, including Jutland and Funen. We also accommodate regional and cross-border transport upon request.
We also offer concierge services outside of Copenhagen which includes our signature concierge offerings such as gift delivery, booking and reservations, full multidays planning and executing, assistance with personal shopping and much more.
Can I cancel my booking and get a refund?
For cancellations of confirmed limousine and chauffeur service, we have the following cancellation policy:
For single transfers, and short-term bookings:
– If you cancel more than 24 hours before pickup: You will receive a full refund.
– If you cancel less than 24 hours before pickup: No refund will be issued.
– If you fail to show up (no-show): No refund will be issued.
For full-day bookings:
– Full refund: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before pick-up.
– 50% refund: Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before pick-up.
– No refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pick-up.
You must submit all cancellations in writing via info@makhens.com
